-ALL RESERVATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO ADJUSTMENT OR CANCELLATION-

There are only 3 types of events (or groups) allowed at the Mesa ISC/Ellsworth Park:

1) Events organized and approved by the Church of Jesus Christ of LDS
2) 3rd party non-profit events  3) 3rd party Church member family events

PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST AN EVENT UNLESS YOU ARE IN 1 OF THESE GROUPS

(this flow chart helps explain which events/groups are approved or not)

-EVENTS FOR THE NEXT CALENDAR YEAR ARE TENTATIVE UNTIL AFTER JAN 1ST
  (EX: In Aug 2023 you request an event for every week in Mar 2024. Even though your event may be approved and placed on the calendar, it is still tentative until after Jan 1, 2024. By then local Church units will have had a chance to get their events on the 2024 calendar)
